Cancellation Policy
I ask that all guests give at least 48 hours’ notice prior to their scheduled appointment if the guest is needing to change, reschedule, or cancel their appointment. If 48 hours' notice is not given, 50% of the services scheduled will be charged to the card on file. If a client "No Shows" or gives less than 24 hours notice for an appointment, 100% of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file.
